内容：学内サーバの停止
影響：学認に係るサービスが停止します。
　　　学認（GakuNin）により利用する電子ジャーナル・
　　　データベースの利用はできません

 (2)　VPN接続（リモートアクセス）

停止予定時間：2026/2/11（水）10:20～11:50
内容：SSL-VPN装置メンテナンスによる停止
影響：リモートアクセス経由での電子ジャーナル・
　　　データベースの利用はできません

今年度卒業予定の方の図書館利用の有効期限は、3月31日までと
なっています。

このうち、次の両条件を満たす方は期限延長をすることができます。

・大学院への進学等で、4月以降も本学に在籍することが確定している
・継続して図書館を利用希望する方

ご希望の方は、以下の要領を確認のうえ、現在所属しているキャンパスの
図書館カウンターでお申込みください。

【概要】
新しい学生証が発行されるまでの間、
図書館利用の有効期限を一時的に延長することができます。
※学生証自体の有効期限を更新するものではありません。

【対象者】
内部進学等で4月以降の在籍が確定している方

【必要書類】
・学生証（または、本人確認できる身分証明書）
・合格通知書など内部進学（または4月以降も在籍）することが証明できる書類

【受付場所】
所属キャンパスの図書館カウンター

【受付期間】
品川キャンパス　：1月20日～3月31日
越中島キャンパス：1月20日～3月30日

【受付日時】
月～金　9:00-11:30, 13:00-16:30

【注意】
・申請時点で延滞資料のある方は、手続きをすることができません。
・MyLibraryについては、内部進学予定の方は新しい学籍番号のデータに
　上書きされるため、4月1日以降は現在のID・PWでは利用できなくなります。

It is possible to temporarily extend the expiration date of library usage until a new student ID card is issued.
*This procedure does not renew your student ID card.

[ Target ]
Those who are confirmed to be enrolled after April, due to graduate school etc.

[ Documents required ]
*Student ID card (or identification card that can be used to verify your identity)
*Documents that can prove that you will go on to an graduate school etc (or be enrolled after April) such as a letter of acceptance

[ Reception period ]
Shinagawa campus: Jan. 20 to Mar. 31
Etchujima campus: Jan. 20 to Mar. 30

[ Reception date and time ]
Mon. - Fri. 9:00-11:30, 13:00-16:30

[ Note ]
* If you have overdue books at the time of application, you will not be able to complete the procedure.
* Regarding MyLibrary, those who go on to an graduate school etc will not be able to use it with their current ID/PW as it will be overwritten with the new student number data after April 1st.

【注意】

• 今年度卒業予定者（学生証有効期限が3月31日までの方）の返却期限日は 3月31日です。
  学生証有効期限に則った返却期限日になっていますので、内部進学等の場合でも、返却期限内に返却してください。
• 長期貸出の対象者は学内者、対象資料は当館所蔵の図書のみです。
• 雑誌は、通常どおり翌開館日の10:00までに返却してください。
• 貸出期間が長期にわたりますので、図書の保管・管理には十分注意してください。

During the following period, we will carry out long-term lending during the spring break.

The deadline for returning books lent during this period is April 15 in Shinagawa campus library.

  Since the return deadline is determined based on the expiration date of your student ID card, please make sure to return all items by the due date even if you will continue your studies within the university.
• Long-term lending is available only to members of the university, and only for books held by this library.
• Please return the journal by 10:00 on the next opening day as usual.
• Because the loan period is long, please be careful about the storage and management of books.
