学外者ですが、Wi-Fiは使えますか。 / I am not affiliated with the university, but can I use the Wi-Fi service?
学外の方は、原則としてWi-Fi（無線LAN）は使用できません。
No. Those who are not affiliated with the university cannot use the Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) service, in principle.
